A more permanent solution to solve your operational retail
staff requirements throughout the United Kingdom.
This service is a planned approach to solve your operational
needs and will provide you with a medium to long-term solution
to your resourcing requirements. By working in conjunction
with you we will develop your own core personnel, who will
be inducted and trained in the various skills required,
to provide you with a workforce of pre-trained resources
that will be available to support you.
The unique aspect of this service is that during
periods where these resources are not required, they will
be placed on other temporary contracts in other areas of
NRS's core business, allowing you to turn on pre-trained
experienced resources as and when required. (Subject to
sufficient and agreed lead-time).
